We started our coffee roasting company Sep. 8, 2008. We looked for a year and about eight months to find the right coffee beans to roast. Our Distributors are coffee judges. They cup coffee for the aroma, flavors,(like how it hits your palate).They also judge on Acidity, how well balanced the coffee is to your palate. I guess you could say we have a lot of great people to help us choose the best coffee beans to roast for you our customers.
We have now been roasting for Twelve years.That is so awesome. We love our job because it is Something Special. Our friend Karl turned us onto some exceptional Colombian Coffee from the growers from Passiflora, Clavel and our newest coffee farm Luz Mila Gonzalez -Finca El Oasis. These small coffee farmers will make your coffee cup sing each morning. I can hear the cup singing Oh Happy Day! We are the only coffee roasters in the great state of Texas with these coffee beans. You are so special!
With each order of fantastic coffee beans we bring in to roast fresh for you, it just keeps getting better. When you are in Mineral Wells, be sure to walk around the downtown area. The Baker Hotel and the Crazy Water Hotel are getting a new face lift. Wow what a difference it makes to see new windows and doors. New business is filling all the vacant buildings. Once where life for our downtown was dieing lots of new and exciting things are happening all around us. The breeze in the air smells like coffee. We offer a wide variety of hot coffees, HOT chocolates, HOT Vermont apple cider, Hot vanilla Bean, HOT chai, HOT teas.We also have Frozen Coffee, Frozen HOT Chocolates, Frozen Vanilla Bean, Frozen Chai, Frozen Hot Chocolate with Coffee, Frozen Smoothies, and Frozen Slushies. They can be topped with Whip Cream for that extra special drink.
We also make hand made Italian Cream Sodas, or just a Soda. You can Choose from our Flavor menu (about 72 + flavors) We can also do Kold Coffee, Kold Chai, Iced Tea of the day, Iced Cider or Sparkling Cider. Stop in when you are in town.
